Browse 28 curated Arabic recipes spanning Gulf, Levant, North Africa, and beyond. Search and filter by region, difficulty, sweet or savory, and spice level. Open any dish for ingredients, steps, cultural notes, and Dish of the Day inspiration.

Master 10 interactive cooking techniques that unlock better dishes — blooming spices, attar syrup, rice crust, slow braising, pilaf layering, and more. Track practice progress that maps to real completion.

Create, edit, and organize your own recipes with photos, ratings, tags, and chef notes. Add pictures from your library or camera. Your studio stays private on your device.

Plan meals, manage a shopping list, and run guided cook sessions step by step. Built-in timers keep you on track, and Live Activities show your current step and countdown on the Lock Screen.

نار — nar — means fire. MS Nar Kitchen is an independent Arabic cooking companion for iPhone and iPad, made for cooks who want one steady place for recipes, technique practice, cook sessions, and pantry matching — without noise or clutter.
Inside the app you explore Sofra recipes, train in the Atelier, write your Kitchen Book, cook in Session Lab with Live Activity timers, and keep Cupboard shelves honest. Your personal recipes, pantry items, session history, and photos stay on your device.
MS Nar Kitchen is not affiliated with any restaurant chain, cookbook publisher, or food brand. Cultural notes and recipe names are for home cooking inspiration and educational use.

MS Nar Kitchen is designed around local storage. We do not operate user accounts, and we do not sell your personal information.

MS Nar Kitchen does not require an account, sign-up, or login. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or location inside the app. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not operate our own servers that receive your kitchen data.
The following data is stored locally on your device only:
Because we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to profile, share, or sell. All features — Sofra, Atelier, Kitchen Book, Session Lab, and Cupboard — operate using content bundled with the app and data stored on your device.
Your content remains in the Application’s private storage on your device. There is no cloud sync and no remote backup operated by us. Deleting the Application permanently removes associated local data from your device.
The Application may request optional system permissions only when you use related features:
These features use Apple’s system frameworks on your device. We do not receive the content of your Lock Screen, notifications, or photos on our servers.
MS Nar Kitchen includes no third-party analytics, advertising networks, trackers, or marketing SDKs. Curated recipes and techniques are bundled with the Application and do not require network access to browse or cook.
The Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because no personal data is collected or transmitted to us, the app is suitable for general audiences under COPPA and similar standards.
You can edit or delete your local data at any time through the app — remove recipes, clear pantry items, or uninstall the Application to remove all stored content from your device.
We may update this policy to reflect app improvements or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. The core commitment — local storage, no accounts, no sale of personal data — will not change without clear notice.
